Hotel Aventree Jongno
Hotel Aventree Jongno is business hotel located at the center of Seoul. It has 155 modern guestrooms in an 11-story building occupying 6,085sqm area.
Hotel Aventree Jongno is the first business venture of AVENTREE REIT, a real estate investment firm founded by cooperation of HTC and Mode Tour Network, a travel agency company with no. 2 market share in Korea. This hotel was created after purchasing an office building in Nov. 2011, undergoing 4-month of extensive remodeling.
Hansol OAK Valley
Located in Wonju, Gangwon-do, Hansol OAK Valley is a premium condominium with 1,105 guestrooms and operates 63-hole golf courses and 9 ski slopes that cover 3.4 million-pyung area.
Scheduled to complete in 1998, Hansol Group, however, owing to its lack of understanding and experience in the hospitality industry and the fact that it could not secure reasonable profit due to high wage structure of large company decided to entrust Hansol OAK Valley to a specialized company in 1997. Partnering with Hansol OAK Valley, HTC, despite the Asian financial crisis at that time, contributed to the Valley in becoming a premium resort and in realizing profit in a very short time. HTC has operated the resort for 15 years, it has been continuously rated for 10 years sa the best AAA+ by Korea Management Association in service evaluation conducted every year.
Casaville Shinchon
HTC has operated Casaville Shinchon Residence since December 2004.
Casaville Shinchon was originally built as officetel (a multi-purpose building) and later used as accommodations but the previous developer failed to carry out the terms of the existing agreement with the owners due to lack of experience, leading to a continuous conflict between the developer and the owners. However, HTC brought the conflict to an end by offering reasonable terms and began systematic operation based on its outstanding resources and accumulated know-how. As a result, the management of the buildings gained financial stability in a short time. Casaville Shinchon has been used as a family hotel for 8 years, making 10% of annual profits compared to the initial price of the building.
Seoul Seochon Training Center
Seoul Seochon Training Center was built with the purpose of training and education of Seoul city civil officials and recreation and comfortable rest of themselves and their family.
Seoul Seochon Training Center is used to provide training during weekdays and recreation during the weekends, and HTC has been entrusted with the running the facility since 2007. In particular, HTC succeeded in maintaining the operational expenses at the level of 2007 by minimizing the costs and endeavoring to improve customer satisfaction. The annual customer review has shown that a high level of service satisfaction is maintained (95 points out of 100).
In addition, various programs related with local communities have been developed to offer differentiated services. More recently, HTC¡¯s healing program is favorably received by customers.
